Photo Consent

Photos will be taken during the event, and some photos may be used later for promotion. If a photo is more portrait-like (where one person is clearly the main focus), we will ask that person in the situation before using it.

If you do not want photos with you used, we may ask you to provide one reference image so we can help identify/sort images. That reference image will be deleted as soon as the sorting task is done.
